The park is open seven days a week until mid September. There are a number of facilities, a cafe and toilets. Sports facilities include an eighteen hole Pitch and Putt course, two bowling greens and tennis courts. There are a number of attractions for children including a zip wire, children's playground and a mini climbing wall. Located on the outskirts of Blackpool near Thornton-Cleveleys.

BLACKPOOL DANCE FESTIVAL The Winter Gardens, Blackpool FY1 1HW 01253 625252
The Dance Festival has been a part of Blackpool's history for over 80 years & today there are five Dance Festivals held in Blackpool. The Festivals are held in the Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens comprising of the Blackpool Dance Festival, Freestyle Dance Championship, The Sequence Dance Festival, Junior Dance Festival & the British National Dance Championships.

Blackpool Illuminations
One of the highlights of a visit to Blackpool. They attract visitors from far and wide from late August to early November each year. There is a multitude of lighted displays along the length of the seafront which is approximately seven miles in length. Blackpool Lights is a very popular attraction and can cause considerable traffic problems as many people view the lights from slowly moving cars and coaches that pass along the seafront.

Blackpool's most iconic tourist attraction opened on 14 May 1894 and it is said to be inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The tower rises to over 518 feet and is filled with incredibly unique architecture. There are major five attractions at The Blackpool Tower. BLACKPOOL TRAMWAY The Promenade, Blackpool.
The first tram line in Blackpool opened along the Promenade in 1885. It was the first electric tramway in the country and trams still transport visitors to Blackpool today. The tramway runs from Blackpool to Fleetwood on the Fylde Coast. The traditional first-generation trams in the main were replaced in 2012 by a fleet of modern trams. The traditional trams still provide a limited service on weekends, bank holidays and during the summer.

Blackpool Zoo is a 32-acre site that provides a home to over 1,500 animals. Opened in 1972 recent investment in the zoo has seen the opening of the Dinosaur Safari, a walkthrough exhibition featuring models of 32 life-size dinosaurs around a trail. Amazonia opened in 2006 and the walk-through enclosure includes South American animals and birds. Recent additions also include giraffes.

COMEDY CARPET The Promenade, Blackpool FY1 1NE 01253 478222
Created as a work of art for the central headland, the Comedy Carpet can be a stage for performances and events. Designed in a cross shape, the carpet links the entrance of the Blackpool Tower to the beach and connects the north and south sides of the promenade. Laid out in a grid pattern in strips of ten slabs each, the work can be read in different directions, from close up and from the top of the tower, with the font varying in size from a few centimetres to over a metre.

The park covers a large area of some 256 acres in total. There are numerous amenities including a
